The second night was supposed to be great, but all we had was wind and rain. 30 mile an hour winds had us standing on the banks at the sedge. Between the three of us I was the only one to catch a Thanksgiving bass, and that was on the first night. Here's some pictures of the rain...

Nov 21 & 22 2011

We went for an overnight trip at the sedge islands behind Island Beach State Park in New Jersey. The first night I got this 38" 20lber. My first large fish landed in the kayak. We were using live eels. KGB and I got there before Steve. It was his birthday. Steve was on his way. He had the beer (for afterward) we had the eels.
